221(g) documents provided but no acknwoledgement

Hi,
I received a 221g on dec 23rd 2014 at Mumbai consulate. I was asked to submit resume, research work, invitation letter etc. in word and pdf format.
I have emailed my documents to [email protected] but I have never received any acknowledgment from them about the documents being received. I have seen people getting automated replies from Hyderabad consulate.

I am not sure if people are receiving the emails from Mumbai consulate or not. I am asking because I want to make sure that my documents are there on time due to my joining date @ work I have very few days left with me.

It will be really helpful if someone who has got 221g from Mumbai consulate can comment on this regarding acknowledgment email for documents.
