Hi,
1. I have an approved I-140, can I work part time with another employer while working full time with my current employer?
2. I have an approved I-140 (EB3) and my H-1B is extended past the initial 6 years for another 3 years with employer A. Can I at this point change my employer (B) and transfer my HI-B and I-140 application to the new employer keeping the same priority date?
