Hi all,
I am a newbee in need of your help.
I have got a new job in US and the employer has started premium processing of my visa transfer. Hearing this my current employer has threaten me saying that they will apply for revoking my visa and asked me to come back in a week's notice.
I have a couple of question here:
1. How much time does it take to revoke my visa?
2. If both start at the same time, can I still have a valid status in US?
3. Need your suggestion on what should be the best option for me so that I can always maintain a valid status, going ahead with the new company or staying in the current company itself.
I am really confused at this moment what I should do. Any help from you guys can be really useful for me.
