H1-B Stamping

Hi,
I will be applying for my H1-B renewal in 2015 and getting it stamped in September/October in Mumbai. My H1-B is for the same employer and the same position and I have already given finger prints of my 10 fingers. I believe I can use the drop box facility? Can anybody tell me what the qualification is for drop box facility and the procedure?
