Apply for H1B while Canadian PR is in progress

I have a question here. My Canadian PR application is currently in Progress. Can I apply for H1B while this is in progress or does it impact my PR application in anyway. Please guide me to the right forum if I have posted it at the wrong place

Canadian PR will have no impact on H1B processing. Similarly, H1B processing will not have any impact on Canadian PR (Or PR with any other Country).
