    Question about H1-B

    Hello

    I'm in the process of applying for my H1 but my lawyer tells me that my pay is below the prescribed industry standard for the category I'm applying for. Since I'm with an American publishing house, i cannot ask them to state my salary as higher that what it is. Any suggestions??
