Plz help: H1 transfer while RFE
I transferred my H1 from employer A to employer B where I have received RFE on Nov 14 2014, but my employment is about to end with employer B due to client project ended.
The deadline to submit RFE is not yet over but My employer B does not want to submit RFE since employment project is about to end.
I have found another employer C who will file for H1 transfer. I wonder what happens to this transfer now ? Can I start working with employer C after H1 receipt ?
