Hi everybody,
The I-797 form is made of three parts. the main top part that describes everything and the two parts below with a detatchable form. Do we need to take the whole form to the embassy? The form though describes that the top part has to stay with the petitioner which would be my company. The lower left part is my copy and the right part has to be with the I-94. So when i go to the embassy for my stamping do I show them the entire form or just the part that is to remain with me?
