I am currently on H1 visa working for a client. I was required to go to China for two weeks to provide support for the same client project. After that I went to India to get my H1 visa stamping, and then I was required to go to China again for another two weeks. After the China assignment completes, I will go to India and then from there I will return to US. In this entire process, I have spent little more than 3 months outside US. My questions are:
1. Whether it is ok to be outside of US for little more than 3 months while on H1 visa and salary paid according to US payroll?
2. Can there be any problem at POE on my return to US?
3. Can there be any problem during my 485 stage?
4. Is it ok to be working from India while outside US?
