H1 RFE Response Review

My case is pending as RFE Response Review since Oct 30th 2014 & the site says will expect a response by Dec 29th still, have raised a service request as well. still no updates. Any idea on the service request or other suggestion is appreciated.

I am also in the same boat. The status is updates as "Response to USCIS's RFE was received" on October 3 2014 . Until last month the status mentioned that I should be receiving response by December 2014 . But today when I checked the "I should get an update by December 2014" part was removed. My employer says he is getting in touch with USCIS but every time they say it will take 3-4 weeks. Do you have any update ?
