H1b transfer re-entry

Hi,

I had my previous H-1B from company A and the expiration date on the stamp is in october 2015. I joined Company B and they filed for a renewal which was approved. I am having plans to travel to India for this summer.

1. Will I need another H-1B stamp for my renewed H-1b?
2. What would be included in documentation that I will need to carry?
3. I also came across certain discussions requiring an Amendment and LTA. Should I need them?
