Hi All,
It would be great if any of you could clarify few of my queries mentioned below.
I Applied for H1 in 2008 after my masters in US and got the visa. Following are the details.
Starting Validity Date : 10/01/08 ( MM/DD/YY)
Ending Validity Date : 09/30/11 ( MM/DD/YY).
In April 2010 I came back to India and staying here since then. Now I am planning to apply for H1 once again.
1) Will I be subjected to H1 VISA Cap once again and should file a fresh petition
2) Or I can Use my Old Receipt number and re-initiate my Old Visa.
