Dear Friends,

One of the consulting firm in US processed my H1 visa and it has been approved, the visa interview has been fixed by the end of this year.

but, now i am not in a situation to go to USA even if i got the visa, due to my family circumstances.

The employer threatned and asked me to pay the big amount i.e 45,000USD to break this agreement.Tillnow i have not received any amount as salary.

Please, anyone can help me out and give me a solution to face this problem.

well said. but that will be my final answer, before that i need to go on a decent way to solve this problem.

Any one can please, give me a right solution to handle this issue?
