Dear Gurus,
I am working as IT consultant with following model -
End Client - Lets call it EC - I am providing services to EC at its location.
Client's Vendor - Lets call it CV - CV is vendor for IT services to EC that has actually hired me to work at EC's location.
Middle Vendor - Lets call it MV - MV is preferred vendor between my employer (ME) and CV.
My Employer - Lets call it ME - ME is my employer.
I am getting following letters for my H1B visa interview -
1. Letter from EC (Certifying that I work at their location, roles and responsibilities etc, however it does not name CV or ME in it, however I have other proof that I work on behalf of CV which is a email introducing me to EC's staff and it has CV's name on it.)
2. Letter from MV (Certifying EC, CV, and ME). It will have all 4 names.
3. All the documents from my employer.
However, CV that has actually hired me does not give any client letter. I want to know what precautions should I take when preparing for visa interview. Is there any other document that I should take along.
