Hi Guys - I am planning to visit the document drop off location in Delhi (S-1 American Plaza, International Trade Tower, Delhi) on 17th Feb'15 for my H1B Visa. I came to know that Shivratri happens to fall on that day and the office might be closed. I spoke with the customer service rep. and he said that so far the office is supposed to be open on that day but this might change and I should contact them again on 16th Feb to be sure. I checked the list of holidays for the Visa Drop Off Office in 2014 and they didn't close on Shivratri last year

I currently live in US and I have already booked my flight. It would be an inconvenience if the office is closed on 17th Feb'15 but in case it is, I would like to know in advance. Would anyone on the forum know with certainty if the office would be closed on that day?
