  • Complicated H1 transfer, please help !!

Recently my employer had filed 2 LCA's for same client but with different locations. One LCA was for X location and other LCA (Amended petition) was for Y location but same client/vendor. Client has multiple locations.

Petition for X got rejected as I was working for Y location and petition for Y got approved.

My consultant has given me I-797C, Notice of Action which has the approval notice but he is not giving me the employee copy which is either I-797A or I-797B .
He says he has not got it.

Without that I797-A/I-797B I cannot know when is my I-94 expiring and I cant even got for stamping my H1b.

Please tell me what should I do ?

You need to complain to DOL about such an employer, otherwise negotiate with the employer.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
