H1 B Transfer or H1 B Extension?

Hello Everyone,

I am currently on my H1 B Visa and its first term expires in April 2006.

I have got a new job offer from one employer. So, what should I do:

OPTION A)
Do I need to transfer to new company till April and then appply for another 3 year extension?

OPTION B) Should I get a new H1 B Visa for 3 years?

What is the best option?
