H1-B transfer to two companies

Hi, I currently work for A company and now i have job offers from comp B and C. Both have started my H1 transfer process and gave me the receipt notice, Can i join any of them or I have to wait to see which one gets approved?

Thanks in advance. Its urgent and I need to make a decision real quick.

You can join A or B as long as the respective petition for the employer you wish to join has been delivered to USCIS and you have proof of delivery.
