H1B to L-2

I am on H1B (4th year) right now and my wife is on L1B visa.
Question: After my 6 years of H1B is exhausted, can I work as a dependent (L-2 status) on my wife's L1B?

Yes you can as long as spouse remains on valid L1 status. Also , do remember staying 1 Year in US on L2 does not reset your H1 clock and would not make you eligible for fresh H1.

If indeed you plan to stay beyond 6th Year its probably time to start thinking about GC.
