Hello,
I am completing my 6th year on March 1st 2006 and I have applied for GC through company 'A' and its been more than 365 days.... but I have not joined them yet as I am working for some other company(company B). Now I like to transfer my H1B to company 'A' (who is processing my GC) and also get my 7th year extn at a same time. Here are my questions
1) Is it possible to get H1B transfer and 7th year extension at a same time
2)What happens if I don't get my H1b approval and 7th year extension confirmation by March 1st when my 6th year completes and my current visa expires
3)Can I go to India and come back before February 15th 2006 with my current visa (visa of company B) before I join company A.
Please help me out. Your help is greatly appreciated
