Hi,
I am in H1B visa, that is getting expired on March 10 2015, My spouse has her H4 visa getting expired in March 10, 2015. Both of us are in US now.
We have already applied for H1B extension and H4 extension and we received the receipt notice from USCIS and case is under process.
My spouse is travelling to India next week for a family emergency. She will be returning on February 13, 2015.
I would like to know if she might face any issue in India or at port of entry here in US, because she has only 3 weeks of Visa validity, although she has our Visa extension receipt notice.
