I am in a situation right now and need expert guidance here please ...
Here's what is going on:
1. Company A filed for my PERM, got I-140 approved and filed H1B extension after completion of 6 yrs (for another 2.5 yrs till March 2015)
2. Got laid off from CompanyA and joined Company B in Dec 2014. Company B did my H1B transfer based on approved CompanyA's I-140 and got extended till Dec 2015.
3. Now the question is since I have no more valid PERM application- what are my options to get my H1B further extended after Dec 2015 ? Also what are my options for PERM?
Can i still get my visa extended based on i140 without underlying PERM application?
Your help is appreciated.Please reply or let me know if more information my side is required.
