Hi,
I applied for H1B Cap Visa from my office and I have a query. My name is mentioned without my surname (i.e Nidhi) in all my documents like marks card, address proof and passport etc. But in my office my name is mentioned with a surname(i.e Nidhi Singh). My office gave contract to third party to file H1b Cap Visa. Now I got an email from 3rd party to fill some questionnaire and its mention in that email that my First Name and Last Name should be same as Passport. I don't have any Last Name in my passport and Last Name is mandatory field in the questionnaire. Am I suppose to fill my last name as it is metioned in IGATE? Will there be any problem if I fill my name as "Nidhi Singh" in questionnaire? If not what I am supposed to fill in Last Name and First Name?
