Hi ,
I am a software professional. My company has applied an H1 visa for me, though the papers have not yet come. However now I need to go with my Husband as he is going to be posted in US on L1. I therefore will have to take a long vacation from my current job and go with him on an L2. Will I face any problems in getting an L2, since there is already an application of H1 with the embassy?
Also should I resign or take vacation from my current company, incase I want to work or study in US while on L2. I believe we can apply for EAD to work on an L2 visa.
