Lost I-94 Form.... URGENT

Hi i work in the USA on an H1B non-immigration visa.

I have flights back to Scotland for Xmas booked (in 2weeks) but i have just realized my I-94 form is lost.

Can sometime tell me how this will:

1- impact me leaving the US as i will have no card to hand over on my departure.

2- Affect me getting back in to the country after my xmas break?


Whats step can i take in this short time frame?
