H1B Admn.Processing Case Reply from Embassy
Hi,
I have appeared interview on Sept 7,2005 for follow up interview (second time). The VO retained all the employer documents for review of documents (221g of INA) and told me that the embassy will contact me and don't need to come with family and kids next time.
Now, I have got a letter, yesterday from American Embassy, New Delhi for follow up interview on January 04,2005. No Further documents asked to bring.
My questions are:
1) Do I need a letter from employer to confirm the job and project work still available.
2) I have issuance fee draft of Rs. 2200/- lying with me. Do I need a fresh
draft of more amount due to change in issuance fee, while going for
interview.Earlier paid Rs.4400/- and Rs. 441/- drafts to Embassy.
3) DO I need to fill and present again the DS-156 and DS-157 ?
4) Do I need a photocopy of all the documents embassy retained, which I have don't. The documents like lease of the company, bank statements, major contracts are not with me. The other documents like tax returns,annual returns,photographs are with me.
5) Why this interview date has been choosen, because 15th.Dec to 15th.January are off-season embassy dates (Chiristmas holidays).
