H1B transfer with 2 new employers -- Urgent Advise reqd
Hi All,
I have a case similar to many others but unique in its own way. I am currently working with employer A and just entered US on the approval notice of A. I have 2 offers with 2 other companies, lets call them B and C. I intend on joining on company C if everything works out. Company B had initiated my H1b transfer a month back via premium processing and it has been approved. Company C is going to initiate my transfer with them soon and have requested all the documents (more precisely all the I-797 approval notices). I haven't informed C anything about B and the fact that they had already initiated my transfer and that process in complete. So the question is, when applying for a transfer with company C, do I need to submit an approval notice from B as well (which would mean telling them that I had already accepted another offer and now I am changing my mind), or just my current employer (company A) is more than enough?
