I've entered US in October 2014 through Company A, and the Petetion & VISA Stamp is valid till Oct, 2016. Company B did my H1 transfer, and I'm working for Company B since Dec, 2014.
But in a very unfortunate event, I lost my passport and educational certificates. I filed a police complaint and got a fresh passport.
My question is - can I go to Kingston, Jamaica for H1 Stamping? I heard Jamaica has stopped stamping for non-residents & citizens(I'm an Indian Citizen).
Mine is H1-H1 transfer, so no change in VISA Category. The Kingston embassy website says this is OK, but I would like to know from someone who already did it.
