Hi All,
I am Irish and I am hoping to move to and work in the US, and I unsure if this is realistic! I currently do not possess any visa nor have I worked in the US previously, but I do understand the process of H1B visas and applications opening on April 1st and commencing work on October 1st etc.
I understand a number of companies transfer people to H1B visas who are legally allowed to work in the country etc. but I am wondering is it realistic/does it happen that an employer would take on an individual who is currently not legally allowed to work in the USA until the H1B visa is processed?
Anyone with any experience/knowledge of this situation would be of great help!
Many Thanks,
Barry
