H1B Transfer Question
I need help to understand about Process.
Actually I am working with My Employer (A). My Visa was expired during Aug 2014. My Current Employer had filed Extension and got the Extension from Aug-2014 to Aug-2017. My Dependent has also got the Extension Till Aug-2017.
Myself and My Family has approved I-797 till Aug-2017.
I am planning to change my Employer from A to Employer B.
My Employer B's Layer say's that They will do H1B Transfer in Premium Processing. They said that we will not do H4 Transfer as H4 Depenedent's I-797 is valid till Aug-2017 so no need to to do transfer.
They said that h4 is not tide with Employer. it is tide with H1B Visa.
When i ask my friends who had change employer. they said that their New Employer or layer had filed H1B Transfer as well as H4 Transfer.
They got New I-797 of H1B holder and H4 Dependent also.
My question is what is correct way or Correct process?
Please help me on this.
