H1 transfer on revoked petition

Hi,

I have this question regarding the H1B transfer on my current revoked Petition.

I was in USA with company A and I filed a transfer with Company B but came back India midway of my H1 Transfer which also got denied.

so currently I have a stamped valid visa up-to this Dec 2015 of company A but they revoked my petition.

so can I go ahead with a fresh premium transfer with any other employer from india?
