    Received H1b stamping, but lost all the H1 documents..pls help

    Hi,
    I received H1b stamping in 2008; but I never travelled to USA.
    1. Is my visa still valid?? can I transfer it to other employer
    2. I lost all H1b related documents? Is it possible to recover[duplicates perhaps] by showing the stamped passport??

    pls clarify.
