Filling DS 160 - H4 visa - Travel Information section

Hi Everyone,

I am applying for H4 and my spouse is a H1B holder.
I was filling DS 160 and got stuck with the following questions under the travel information.

1.) Principal Applicant's Name? .....Should it be my name or my spouse (H1B holder) name ?
2.) Person/Entity paying for your trip ? ....There are four options to select from...1) Self 2) U.S. Petitioner 3) Other person 4) Other company/organisation.......Which option shall I select if my spouse is paying for my trip.

Kindly note that I have already checked through the link -- https://www.immihelp.com/us-visa-ds-...tion/......But it does not provide information on what is meant by "US Petitioner"

Please help with the above questions.
