H1 to greencard
Hi,
I'm on H1 and applying for greencard in a month in EB2 category. However, I might get married at the end of next year (December 2016 or Jan 2017). Can my spouse come to US without any issues ? I've heard rumors that your spouse might be denied a VISA if the greencard is in process (hope this is not true
) ? Is it a good time to apply for a greencard ? . I still have 33 months left on my H1.
