Hello Friends,
My Situation:
I have valid H1b approval (without Stamping) but I came to US on H4 as the consultant wasn't have project. So I came on my Wife H1 which is valid for this year. Now my Question is:
1. I entered into US 20days back, I found another employer is wants to sponsor my H1- Can I start process for H1 (new petition without cap) right away? Or do I have to wait for 30-60days from the date I entered US?
As this is very confusing, Since I entered US just 20days back, can it make a difference to my new H1b (premium process) filling?
