I-797 Approval

I have applied for H1B Extention(Since I changed company) in March'05. Its been 9 months now and not received the approval yet. This is very unusual. What could be done in such cases? Attorney has tried to contact USCIS and they say it is under review. Any suggestions are welcome. Has any one experienced such a long delay?

Still WAITING FOR 797 APPROVAL

Its been 9 months now and I also upgraded my case to premium processing. It has passed about 11 days for premium and still no email approval from USCIS. I am not sure what is going on with my case. As any one experienced such delays? Please, advice.
