Hi:
My brother has come in L1 visa through a company A. Another Company, B, would like to process a H1 for him. Now, I have a few questions in this regard. My questions are:
Is it possible to start work based upon H1 receipt.
OR
Does he have to wait until H1 appoved and go out of country and get H1 stamped and come back to work on H1?
Your help in this regard is greatly appreciated.
