Urgent Inquiry - Handicapped (physical disability) with H1B & Need Companion
Hello All,
I'm new here and I have a real urgent inquiry.
I have to apply for H1B visa but I have a physical disability and will need my mother to be my companion. Is this possible? and if so which visa type?
I've searched a lot and no visa seem to be for this purpose, the only companion for H1B is H4 and it's only for dependents (children or spouse) so which visa type could be possible for her that would allow her to travel with me at the same time and stay with me as long as I'm in US?
