Hi,
My wife got her passport in 2009 and we need minor correction in her husband(my) name as shown below.
Currently Printed as
Husband First Name: PRADEEP KUMAR
Husband Last Name: SHETTY HANDAKUNDA
It should be corrected as,
Husband First Name: PRADEEP KUMARA
Husband Last Name: SHETTY HANDAKUNDA
(Where KUMARA is printed as KUMAR)
Currently I am in USA and my wife is in India and need to go for H4 stamping along with my kids. Will this small mistake causes denial of H4 VIsa?
Do I need to apply for fresh passport for this mistake and one more thing is we got affidavit from Notary in Bangalore.
Appreciate your help.
