Hi,
My H-1B visa stamping has been kept under section 221(g) of INA and is going through administrative processing. I have the following few questions. Could anybody please clarify my doubts.
1) I have my wife in US. Can I apply for H4 petition while my H-1B stamping is still on administrative processing?
2) H4 visa petition from my wife's company will be done on premium processing, which usually gets approved in 15 days. However, if my H-1B stamping gets approved during this period or on the 15th day, what will be my situation? Can I return to US on H-1B though my H4 petition in US was approved?
3) My H-1B visa stamping is still in administrative processing while my H4 petition gets approved, Can I schedule a new visa appointment for H4 stamping? In this case, will my H-1B visa stamping be discarded and the administrative processing stops?
