I have a H1b visa from company B(they filed h1 petition for me in 2014), and I migh be going to join them in usa in couple of moths(but not sure).
And I got offer from a well known consultant C and they are ready to file a new H1b petition in 2015 lottery on 1st APril(they do not know about my earlier H1b). They have asked for 2 years commitment, but as such there was no contract type of thing, just sign on their conditional offer letter.
I know this does not make common sense and I might no go ahead with petition filing from C, but my question is : is it legal or have any impact or implications
Note: both are giving somewhat same salary and not giving a very good salary, but sufficient
