Hello
I am a Physical therapist on H4, considering change of career to medical writer. If I apply for H1 this year will I get it approved, because H1 is for skilled professionals, and as writer is not a skilled/technical job, are there still chances of me getting approved? Other thing is that my husband's I-140 is approved and we are eligible for executive action, so should I wait for EAD or should I file my H1? Which one do you think will happen faster?
One more question is that my husband's H1 will expire in Sept 2015, so do we have to apply for an H1 extension or wait for EAD?
Thank you in advance
