Hi
I am just about to resign from my job and return to my home country, and I 've been told that I have 3-weeks before my H1-B expires.
What I would like to know is how much time I have before I need to leave the USA and if there is a way to extend that period.
I would like to be able to stay for 2-3 months before coming back.
Do you have any info on the subject?
