I am a CURRENT employee at company "ABC".
On Nov 17, 2014, an ex-employee ("X") filed for revocation of my H-1B status and USCIS accepted it, without any notice to me.
USCIS then sent X the confirmation of Visa revocation, which I never received.
I only found out today about this, and i promptly checked my USCIS case status - which does, in fact, state the revocation notice.
What do I do now? My employer never fired me, I have valid pay checks.
I am so pissed, how can USCIS accept any letter and revoke H1
To top it all my lawyer didn't even bother to inform me as they thought that I recently got married and moved to west coast
I am in stressful situation, I have no idea what to do.
