    Surname is different in VISA and passport

    Hi
    My spouse surname in VISA and new passport is different. She changed her surname after marriage and applied for the new passport. Her old passport is cancelled but VISA is attached to it, her H4 VISA is still valid.
    Can she travel to US under this circumstances if she carries both the passports and marriage certificate?
