Need help about i797
Hello,
I have approved I797 valid till 08/30/2015 sponsored by Company A.
I have H1b visa with this I797 but the visa already expired.
I did not go to US and did not work for Company A.
If Company B wants me on the project in US now how can I get on the project ?
Could current I797 be usefull for me ?
Could Company B transfer my H1b ?
Or should they file new petion for 2015 year ?
Will my visa be subject to H1b Cap ?
