I have few questions on DS-160 for a 12 year old.
1) Can I put the Home Address on my child's DS-160 that is different than one in passport and different than where her mom is currently, my child is doing her schooling at her grandmother’s place. Is it acceptable?
2) In the US point of Contact section, what value should I select? Below is what I see in the dropdown

Spouse
Friend
Business Associate
Employer
School Official
US Petitioner

3) In the person travelling with you, I have mentioned her mom’s name and Relationship with person as ‘Parent’. I hope this is ok. please confirm
4) In the end ‘Did anyone assist you?’, I am thinking of giving her mom’s name and details. That should be fine. Pls.let me know.
5) Does she need to appear for interview in person, I know her fingerprinting is needed but apart from that I think she need not appear for interview. Pls confirm.
