H1 Extension - Premium Processing - RFE response time

Hi Friends

I filed H1 extension in [premium mode] on Jan 15th 2015. Got an RFE (Employer - Employee relation) on Jan 29th.

Attorneys are filing the response by this week. (Assume Feb 20). How long would it take to get a response? Since I'm in premium mode, would it take another 15 days?

My company's mobility team responded - "The US government has RFE placed on a more lower priory and it can take up to 90 Days to issue a response for them; there is no rushing or expedite of RFE"

.. Is this right? Would it take 90 days even though my filing was on Premium Mode.

Please advise. I have planned an India travel next month and now this has put things in jeopardy.

Hi Vyas - I am in the same boat as yours. Can you please let me know when you got your approval after RFE was repsponded. My case is as follows

H1B Extension file date (Premium Processing) - March 25 2015
USCIS Receipt Date - March 26 2015
RFE date - April 6 2015
RFE response date - April 8 2015
USCIS RFE response receipt date - April 9 2015

So far there is no indication that the case, if you can provide me with the timeline that would help me immensely.
