H1B - OPT - What to do ? When to do? Please help.

I am currently on F1 visa doing my masters and is graduating on May 2015.

I have filed for my OPT I-765 in Feb( 90 days before graduation ) and USCIS is processing my request. Typically it takes 90 days in order to get a decision but for some people in my university it is taking some where around 4-5 months.

I am also planning to apply for H1B this year.I have few questions regarding all this.

1) Do i fall under masters quota for filing H1B? Asking this since i wont graduate my masters at the time of applying.(April 1st)

2) What happens to my OPT request once my H1B is picked in lottery?

3) Can i get my OPT back if my H1B denied?

4) Can i apply for CAP/GAP while both the OPT and H1B both decisions are still pending?

I am super confused.

Please suggest any other tips if you have. Also feel free to ask any other questions if you have to get more clarity in this regard.
