My husband has H1 and he is in US. I came to India before my visa expiration time (Oct 2014) and here almost 6 months. Now I am planning to go back to US so I want to apply for an visa extension. In this case my husband changed his company in Jan 2015 and got is transfer approved. Can I now use his new petition for my extension and or should I raise an application for a new visa?. and when it comes to payslip he might get one in the month of march, will that be sufficient proof for appln an extn? He has changed his location form one state to another so should I put the address of his new residence in the DS 160 please suggest. and also please let me know what is the procedure for applying a visa extension.
